It looks a little bleaker when you break this part down. From Sept. 15th on when he basically became a part time player......

As a starter 6 for 33 12 Ks

As a sub 5 for 9 2 Ks

Came out of April looking like he was ready to build on last year's performance - 4 HR, 4 SB, 12 R, 13 RBI - basically a 20+ HR/20+ SB pace with 70+ runs and RBI.

But it was ... like Myers' entire career ... a study in inconsistency.  July/August were solid (6 HR/3 SB, 23 R/24 RBI), but for May, June, September a combined 7 HR/1 SB, and 21 R/26 RBI over those 3 months.

The ballpark doesn't help him ... his home/road OPS is almost identical, but that's because he walks a lot more in Petco.  But almost twice as many HRs away as at home.  That's the biggest difference between 2020 and 2021 - in 2020 Myers averaged a HR every 10 AB in Petco.

So last years bump notwithstanding ... it looks like Wil Myers is a $15 player.  Don't chase into the 20's expecting a windfall.
