Rotoman has him at $9 in the Guide, and here's my two cents from Wise Guy Baseball 2020 which I'm not publishing, but if you want to read it email me [email protected]:

Victor Reyes  The
"sweet spot" percentage on Baseballsavant.com is not a stat that
indicates power, but it does indicate the ability to hit for average. It's not
how often a hitter "squares up" the baseball but rather how often his
hits are between 8° and 32° - those balls most likely to result in hits. Victor
was quite good at this, 88th percentile, and combined with a low 11% soft
contact rate his .304 BA was no fluke. His 89th percentile speed adds
legitimacy and tells us that 20 SBs oughta be a piece of cake. Few walks but he
might bat 1st or 2nd anyway. Easily draftable as a reserve in mixed leagues
(ADP 388), should be going higher since the Tigers might not have any better
outfielders and they certainly don't have three. Nice play in AL leagues. $9

Is it just me, or does this kid look like he's about to take off? Good speed and batting average history, plus plenty of opportunity in the Tigers' OF. I'll be interested to see the suggested bids.
