And after taking one for the team, he finds himself playing on a new one.....Durham.

Sometimes he gets a Cheap Win -- or a relatively easy one -- today he took one for the team. Replaced a still-hurting Blake Snell with one out and a runner on third in the fourth, the Rays trailing 2-1, fell victim to two bunt singles, then a double by Billy Hamilton. Gave up a run-scoring triple to Hamilton two innings later, then a walk, then a three-run homer to Mondesi. Was reached for another run in the seventh and almost made it through the 8th, before Merrifield hit a ground rule double to center and Cash came and got him. 4.1 IP, 8 hits, 2 walks, 7 earned runs. Chad Roe and Will Font got the final four outs.

Ryan Yarbrough (P) TB - Mar. 5

Yarbrough (groin) played catch Sunday and will do so again Tuesday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: After departing his Grapefruit League outing Thursday against the Twins due to left groin tightness, Yarbrough was sent in for an MRI over the weekend. Fortunately for the lefty, his scans turned up nothing overly concerning, so he'll ease back into his throwing program. Yarbrough noted that he has no definitive target to resume mound work but indicated that he remains on track to be ready for Opening Day.
