Even though he reached base in two of his five plate appearances, Arraez's on-base average actually fell to .427 for the season. That mark leads the American League by a wide margin and is just two points behind St. Louis' Paul Goldschmidt for the top OBA in the majors.
Before the stat feed his BABIP is .377.
Luis Arraez (2B) MIN - May. 28

Arraez went 3-for-5 with a run in Saturday's 7-3 loss to the Royals.
ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: Arraez extended his hit-streak to eight straight games Saturday, ripping three singles and scoring a run in the contest. During the streak, the 25-year-old has produced six multi-hit efforts and raised his average from .313 to .359. His .455 on-base percentage over 131 at-bats leads the big-leagues.

Three knocks yesterday with an SB thrown in for good measure. When we get the stat feed his batting average will move to his current BABIP (.325) and his BABIP to...

Arraez seems to be enjoying himself playing the game. My experience is that usually turns out well in life. I'm expecting a big year from him.

In an old fashioned 4x4 I think I'd go with Rosario even though I have Arraez in all three of my AL only leagues that I've drafted so far. Arraez seems pretty much a fixed commodity at around $12 in earnings in 4x4. He's one of the few who's worth more in 5x5, because he's so irrelevant in half of 4x4. Rosario is a steals guy, so if he gets 20+ bags he's very valuable in 4x4 even if the rest of his numbers are pedestrian. Arraez has a better percentage keeper value, but Rosario has a much higher ceiling.

The Twins cleanup hitter? I think not.
But he will find a spot in the lineup almost everyday and he'll keep putting the bat on the ball in the way few people can.
Even so, he was a very late pick in last night's supplemental draft in the XFL (an OBP league.)
In the ADL, I have a tough choice to make for my final freeze. Arraez $6 or Ahmed Rosario $13.
Don't have to make it quite yet (not drafting until next weekend because of numerous scheduling conflicts), but right now, today, if you had to make this call...
Who would you keep?

Luis Arraez (2B) MIN - Apr. 05
https://www.rotowire.com/baseball/player.php?id=14053
Arraez (illness) will start at third base and bat cleanup in Tuesday's Grapefruit League game against the Red Sox.
ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: Arraez was scratched ahead of Monday's game against the Red Sox due to allergies, but he's feeling healthy enough to play in the rematch with Boston in Minnesota's spring finale. Tuesday's lineup looks to be a preview of what the Twins will roll out Opening Day against the Mariners on Thursday, so Arraez looks like he'll begin the season in a prominent spot in the batting order.

Arraez was scratched from the lineup for Monday's game against Boston due to allergies, Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com reports.
ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: Arraez was due to play first base, a position he's gotten a bit of experience at this spring in an effort to further expand his defensive versatility. His absence Monday is unlikely to significantly impact his readiness for the upcoming season.

What are the crowds like at spring training? What is the mood?
I hope it's quite festive in Fort Meyers.

Buy this guy! Urshela and Correa signings will depress his price, but he is going to play all over the IF. He is good for your clubhouse chemistry and even better for your roster flexibility. High 80s and only a slight breeze right to left today.....
