Not glitzy ... and barring injury to Brantley or Springer (or Tucker) is expected to lose a lot of PT to Tucker this year.  He'll do well to get to double digits again.

I suspect it will be a penalty related to loss of draft picks in one year or multiple years, the loss of international signing bonus money, and/or the loss of any money from the Commissioner's fund - which they likely do not receive anyway.

I am reading chat comments at multiple sites and I can tell you that many wanna CRUCIFY the Astros!  The venom is incredible.  Two suggestions I saw recently:

1)  Take away the entire 2020 draft class - like 40 picks?

2)  Let the Astros choose between losing the WS title or having the GM, manager, and owner ALL banned for life ala Pete Rose.

I see a big penalty coming, and justifiably so, but the haters will surely be disappointed.

Cruel Eugene.  Cruel.  But kinda funny too.  Astros are certainly gonna pay for that trash can noise.

Only restriction - doctor placed limits on him banging the trash can in the clubhouse tunnel.

President of baseball operations Jeff Luhnow said Wednesday that Reddick (shoulder) will enter
spring training 100 percent healthy and face no restrictions, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

ANALYSIS
Reddick underwent arthroscopic surgery on the AC joint in his left shoulder in
late November, but it doesn't appear the procedure will impact his
availability for 2020.
