Karinchak has Bugs Bunny "stuff."

Just saw this fun fact at mlb.com ... ...

Karinchak set a modern Minor League record (minimum 30 innings) by averaging 22 strikeouts per nine innings last year,

I sure wish I had thrown this dart (Round 16 on Sunday in the ADL).

James Karinchak (P) CLE - Jul. 30

https://www.rotowire.com/baseball/player.php?id=746279

Karinchak recorded his first career save in Thursday's 2-0 win over the Twins, striking out one while allowing no hits in a scoreless ninth inning.

ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: Thursday marked an impressive showing for the young right-hander, as he followed Shane Bieber's dazzling 13-strikeout performance with a clean, six-pitch ninth inning. Jeff Passan of ESPN.com has speculated that the 24-year old will dethrone Brad Hand as Cleveland's full-time closer, although many within the organization likely feel the veteran Hand deserves a longer leash after getting out of the gates slow to start 2020.

From OnRoto:
02.29
... James Karinchak was charged with two runs and recorded
only two outs in a Cactus League relief appearance against an Athletics'
split-squad on Saturday.
Spin: Karinchak simply didn't have
it in this one. He surrendered back-to-back hits, before uncorking a
wild pitch and also issuing a pair of walks. He was pulled from the
contest after relenting a sacrifice fly to Robbie Grossman. With primary
setup man Emmanuel Clase sidelined due to an upper back strain, the
Indians are going to rely heavily on Karinchak to perform in
high-leverage situations in the regular season. He's an elite strikeout
artist and had turned in two scoreless frames with four whiffs and zero
walks prior to this outing. He's an extremely intriguing late-round dart
throw in deeper mixed leagues this spring.

The last guy on BP's top 101 is...

Nick pitched pretty well in September but wasn't given any serious assignments. Austin Hays was a pleasant surprise (better than Seth Brown).

re post in September
