I assume you're asking about PCL ... I don't know the answer ... but can think of 3 possibilities:

- "transaction priority" ... I've seen some leagues where when you pick up a player, you go to the bottom of a "priority stack"

- first come, first served (ie. earliest bid wins)

- not based on current standings, but rather standings as of the end of the last transaction period

.. but I'm with you, Tex, I'd have thougt the tie-breaker was current standings, winning bidder is the lowest in current standings ...

How's our league FAAB order work? In most leagues I've been in, tying bids go to the lower ranked team. This time - I had a $3 bid in on Hinske, and it didnt?

Hinske is the No. 4 most visited player at Patton and Co. since, well, it appears to be the beginning. But not this year.
