My guess is that due to age, experience, and maybe contract status, Eickoff gets the call before De Los Santos.

I'm still beating the Enyel De Los Santos drum. Two starts, two wins. 19 strikeouts in 12 IP while allowing only one earned run. He's allowed six hits and only two walks in those 12 IP. The Phillies will only have so much patience with their struggling starters before turning to Lehigh Valley.
