Thanks for all your work on this Peter. Toys' HQ and Davenport both said this would be a good year for the Neaux-Blesse Oblige. It wasn't that good, but it sure was fun.

I just posted the official winners of Doubt Wars on ToutWars.com.
Thanks for asking!

Congrats to Roll2!
To prevail against so many teams, you can't have many misfires, but John had a few. LaTroy Hawkins 3, Yusmeiro Petit 2, Justin Morneau 18 -- to name three that I also picked.

The unofficial Doubt NL champ is Roll2, followed by Los Pollos Hermanos, JD, Team 3 (Lg. 1), and French Fiers.
Yes, even though Los Pollos finished higher in League 1, once all 54 teams were ranked Roll2 moves into the championship. This happened a couple of years ago with Tristan Cockcroft, who finished second in the Draft Day Roster to Todd Zola in Tout NL, but won Doubt Wars.
One thing to note: I could not get the RANK function to give half points on ties. There is a complicated formula that does this, but it wasn't working for me and so I went ahead without it. In DW NL I calculated the ties for the top 2 teams because they finished very close to each other. The ties didn't change anything.
There is a spreadsheet here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rSsaCc0ApWHm0aUupaal676Gv22N17iawgZ9qmt8kDU/edit?usp=sharing
There are three tabs, each with one of the leagues. I think not having the +$1 definitely hurt the standings of the Touts. Especially me. Next year we'll figure out how to make that work.
If you're interested, please check the work and let me know if you see anything amiss. If we don't find anything soon we'll announce the results.

The champion though is the combined winner, so there is more cutting and pasting to do.

The daily email from OnRoto would seem to be official enough for NL1. Members here well represented from top (Roll2) to bottom (Lamentation of Their Women).
I agree that this was a fun thing to do. When a player got injured, there was something strangely soothing about the fact that there was nothing you could do about it.
I suppose the same could be said of all the mock drafts in the magazines. Except that no one keeps score in those.

It's going to take a bit to get final results of Doubt Wars. I'll post a link when they're done. It may not be today, it's a fair amount of work, but I'm on it.

Have the results been posted anywhere yet? (I'm in AL league 1.)

Congrats to Douglas. I noted back in July that I may have bought too many closers and, unfortunately, I was right. A few less saves wouldn't have hurt me and a bunch of K's from one more starter could have put me over the top (all other things being equal, of course).
A second place finish in both DW Mixed 1 (Congrats to Robins1) and DW Mid Year and a 11th place finish, one point behind the Tanks, in NL DW 1. Not too bad. Was fun. Look forward to doing it again next season.
