I imagine Peter will do that as soon as we get the last update out of the way.

Yes, my wife's team is the other active one in NL2.  They should definitely merge the two for simplicity's sake!

I have a team in the NL2 Doubt league. There is only 1 other active entry. Should our 2 teams be moved to NL1? Or does it matter?

Here's my finalized NL Doubt Wars roster. My philosophy was to go with versatility and at-bats on offense, and get pitching on the cheap focusing on guys with 'stuff' who are cheap because they don't have immediate great roles.

C: Contreras (14) Posey (15)
COR: Josh Bell (18), Desmond (19), H. Perez (6)
MID: Marte (14), Seager (20), Tatis (7)
OF: Puig (28), Dahl (23), Braun (15) Polanco (11) A. Jones (6) Almora (4)

Starters: Pivetta (15) Foltynewicz (13) Urias (7) Strahm (7) Samardzjia (4) Weaver (3)
Relievers: Hicks (7) Edwards (2) Holland (1)

Barring injury, my offense should rock and roll across the board all season. The pitching will either kill me, or get me just enough to compete.

Finalized my AL roster after much revision.  I guess I'm thinking like a Tout considering I'm taking a lot of chances that could wind up being empty roster spots.

1B Miggy 19 (this is one of the risks)

2B Jose Ramirez 43

SS Simmons 17

3B Devers 18

OF Reddick 6

OF D Gordon 22 (I told you I am the market for him)

OF Grichuk 14

OF Kyle Tucker 5 (I see a lot of upside in him this year and the Astros are playing to win, so he should be up)

C Plawecki 3

C Hundley 3

UT Dustin Fowler 1 (The A's never have a static roster and he's better than a couple they have in the OF right now)

CI Ryon Healy 7

MI Brandon Lowe 7

SW Tim Anderson 19

P Tanaka 18

P Happ 17

P Bieber 14

P Yarbrough 3

P Cahill 3

P Shoemaker 2

P C Green 4

P Strickland 5

P Givens 10

WHAT??? He's on an airplane just moments before the deadline??? I DEMAND my money back! (r/choosingbeggars).

Ok, thanks. There's a half dozen $6 starters listed, I'll just pick one of them.

Plus, at this point, I'm not sure how he could even justify putting Reyes on my team when no other teams had a shot at him.

Peter's on an airplane right now, Andy. It won't be fixed before the first game. My advice: in the next hour and a half find somebody else for that price if you don't want it to be Carlos. The teams are set, beyond all doubt, at 1 PM today.

Nope, that's not the case.

Alex Reyes went for $6, listed under the pitchers. I copied and pasted so I don't have the team names, but it's under the team whose first pitcher is Strasburg.

On the place in the NL only league where you can set your roster, there is an 'Alfredo Reyes' listed as a 2nd basemen for the same price Alex should be. There was no Alfredo Reyes drafted - whoever input the names put in Alfredo instead of Alex.

I sent an email to Rotoman, hopefully it can get fixed in the next few hours. If not, I put Carlos Martinez (same price as Alex) in as a placeholder. Hopefully if this gets worked out, this post will serve as official notification that I want Alex Reyes instead of Carlos Martinez.

Players who who weren't even taken in the four-round reserve draft are off bounds.

Surprising, for sure, that no one took Alex Reyes.
